Hello, my name is Josh Herrera, and I am a web development student. I am currently enrolled in the UCSD coding bootcamp, and I’m looking for a change of careers.

I spent my undergrad at the University of Redlands as a student athlete. I studied psychology, and was a NCAA football All-American and team captain, where I gained strong leadership skills and became committed to excellence.

Originally I was teaching myself to code, when I soon realized the benefits of such a program and decided to accept the challenge. I found a passion to create, and challenge myself. My goal at the end of the bootcamp is to become a full-stack web developer.
